• Must have completed a relevant educational course from a culinary school.

• Must be presentable.
• Must speak and write fluent English, and speaking other EU languages is a plus.
• Ability to perform duties which require standing and/or moving throughout a crowded restaurant at a fast pace for periods up to eight (8) hours or longer, if needed;
• Ability to maneuver swiftly up and down stairs and through crowded dining, beverage and expo areas;
