Part Time
The candidate will be trained minimum 3 months • Serve as the primary point of initial contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the President • Prepare extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including air, hotel, ground transportation and itineraries for President • Screen calls and route executive correspondence and emails • Respond to telephone calls and take down messages in behalf of the President and/or of other department if unavailable. • Do monitoring, updating and making letter, emails, faxes, memoranda and other document materials-maintaining files in order • Receive documents from couriers and other agencies/establishments and distribute to designated department. • Assist President on all marketing plans, promotions and advertising • Assist Administrative functions • Do other duties assigned by CEO/President from time to time Applicant must be: • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Familiar with computer software programs such as Outlook, Words, Excel and PowerPoint presentation, Others
