Requirements:
•Candidate must be graduate of any four-year course
•At least 1 year related working experience in IT Helpdesk and Networking
•Must be willing to work on a project-based employment for 6 months
•Must be willing to work in Makati
•Candidate must be a Filipino citizen
Responsibilities:
Receive, log, analyze, and if necessary, escalate ALL Issues related to:
• LAN/WAN Infrastructure
• Broadband Connection
• Desktop and Server Problem
• Desktop Applications
• Network Security
Maintain and Update User Database
• Maintain ID’s and User Profiles
• Unlock and reset passwords, when authorized
Desktop/Workstation Support
• Diagnostics and Testing
• Clean, Maintain, Replace Parts
• Mandated and/or Planned Upgrades of Standard Software
• Level 1 Support for ALL application issues
• Ensure ready and available connectivity and access for ad-hoc and guest users
• Manage desktop printers
LAN Support
• Diagnostics and Testing
BackUp and Recovery
• Complete responsibility for the pre-agreed backup process and procedures
